Job responsibilities

Develops, implements, and monitors HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Provides guidance and support to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR management experience.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in HR.
